Requirements:

  • Theoretical knowledge, understanding of project management processes and tools, as well as the SDLC and methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban; Waterfall еtc);
  • Knowledge of different task-tracking systems such as Jirra or Trello;
  • Knowledge of Project Documentation Basic understanding of important project documents like WBS, Burndown Chart, Project Charter, Communication Plan, Timeline, and Roadmap. 
  • English level: Advanced or Fluent (a must-have);
  • Traffic Light Problem-Solving Approach:

🔴Red: You can clearly identify critical red flags that require immediate escalation for resolution.

🟡Yellow: These are tasks or issues that need your attention and should be flagged for further review or discussion.

🟢Green: You can solve problems on your own by researching online (e.g., Googling, using AI tools) or looking up relevant guides and documentation. 

You are structural: As we have determined processes for each project, we are looking for someone who can follow the guidelines. 

  • Good Presentation Skills: Having good presentation skills means being able to summarize information clearly, highlight key issues, and confidently propose solutions to both your team and management.
  • Coffee and face detection. You are skilled at reading faces—one look at your client or colleague, and you can instantly tell if they've had their morning coffee.
  • Finances. Basic understanding of how finance works in projects. As a Trainee Project Manager, it's important to understand that going over budget can put the success of a project at risk. Your role is to monitor costs and prevent overspending. 
  • Adaptability to Change: You can easily adjust when priorities change or problems come up. For example, if a client request changes suddenly, you can quickly reorganize your tasks to meet the new requirements and keep things moving forward.
  • Quick Learner – Absorbing new information like a sponge (Bob) and skills efficiently, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Miscommunication is something you never heard about because you deep dive into every nitty-gritty detail that is discussed with a client or a team. You tell others info without double sense.

✅ Will be a plus:

  • Project management experience in an any IT product, outstaffing, outsourcing company;
  • Knowledge in other areas of the IT field (such as Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Quality Assurance, Software Developer, Business Analyst, Product Owner) is not mandatory but can be beneficial for better collaboration and understanding within the team.
  • Сompletion of various courses (such as: Project Management, QA, Software Engineering etc). 

🔥 Responsibilities:

  • Manage several teams on short- and long-term projects.
  • Participate in team members' formal assessments.
  • Manage client expectations.
  • Manage budgets, scope, schedule, quality, and estimation of the projects.
  • Take part in demos and status meetings with clients and developers.
  • Prepare reports and documentation about the projects.
  • Represent the company in front of customers, departments, and other parties as required.
