Sales Development Representative for IT Company
We are looking for an experienced SDR (3+ years) with a proven track record in IT outsourcing / outstaffing companies.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Execute LinkedIn & Email outreach: connection requests, personalized messaging, follow-ups.
- Build and optimize LinkedIn profiles (SSI, Featured cases, skills) and create content.
- Manage CRM (Pipedrive), maintain data quality, and enrich lead databases.
- Automate workflows in n8n (must-have).
- Classify and handle lead responses, nurture leads, and report results.
- Analyze competitors, test new hypotheses, optimize messaging.
- Actively participate in sales strategy and outreach campaign planning.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of SDR experience in an IT outsourcing / outstaffing company โ mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with n8n at a professional level.
- Strong portfolio of successful outreach campaigns with measurable KPIs.
- Deep knowledge of BANT/SPICED frameworks.
- Skilled in sales prospecting tools: Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall, etc.
- Fluent English (B2+), excellent written and verbal communication.
- High-energy, proactive, results-driven personality.
