Sales Development Representative for IT Company

We are looking for an experienced SDR (3+ years) with a proven track record in IT outsourcing / outstaffing companies

 

๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities

 

  • Execute LinkedIn & Email outreach: connection requests, personalized messaging, follow-ups.
  • Build and optimize LinkedIn profiles (SSI, Featured cases, skills) and create content.
  • Manage CRM (Pipedrive), maintain data quality, and enrich lead databases.
  • Automate workflows in n8n (must-have).
  • Classify and handle lead responses, nurture leads, and report results.
  • Analyze competitors, test new hypotheses, optimize messaging.
  • Actively participate in sales strategy and outreach campaign planning.

 

๐Ÿ“Œ Requirements
 

  • 3+ years of SDR experience in an IT outsourcing / outstaffing company โ€“ mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n at a professional level.
  • Strong portfolio of successful outreach campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Deep knowledge of BANT/SPICED frameworks.
  • Skilled in sales prospecting tools: Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall, etc.
  • Fluent English (B2+), excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High-energy, proactive, results-driven personality.
