We are looking for a Business Analyst (Investment/Profiles Management) – In-house role  A leading fintech ecosystem is expanding its Business Analysis team and looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on investment and profile management solutions. This role bridges business requirements with technical execution, ensuring seamless product development in digital payments, e-wallets, verification services, trading, and open banking.  

Must-have requirements:  

✔️ 3+ years of experience in business requirements analysis in the IT domain  

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  

✔️ Ability to transform business requirements into structured specifications for development teams (web, mobile) and designers  

✔️ Understanding of Agile methodology (epic, feature, story, tasks)  

✔️ Experience with SDLC principles and software development processes  

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

✔️ Upper-Intermediate English or higher  

Nice to have:  

➕ Knowledge of fintech solutions and financial services  

➕ Experience with API integration specifications  

➕ Understanding of business process modeling (BPMN)  

➕ Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field  

Key responsibilities:  

🔹 Collaborate with business teams (support, payments, compliance) to gather requirements  

🔹 Analyze and decompose functional requirements for structured implementation  

🔹 Work closely with developers and designers to ensure smooth execution  

🔹 Create product specifications and oversee API integrations  

🔹 Conduct product demos and documentation  

📍 Location: In-house position, based in London or you should have possibility to visit UK
