Consultant/Analyst of ERP systems Spanish Payroll

In this role, you will be directly involved in shaping a payroll solution for the Spanish market—designing and defining processes to seamlessly integrate them into the system.

What We Expect from You:
🔸 Higher education (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Human Resource Management).
🔸At least 2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist.
🔸Knowledge of payroll calculation and implementation in compliance with Spanish legislation.
🔸Experience working with various payroll calculation systems.
🔸Skills in payroll system automation.
🔸Professional proficiency in Ukrainian, B1 level in English, Spanish is a plus.

Functional Responsibilities: 

🔸 Participation in the localization of the SMART Payroll product and support of local projects.
🔸 Collaboration with the development team, including drafting tasks for system modifications, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring quality execution.
🔸 Configuring systems to align with the client's business processes.
🔸 Providing user support and consultation.
🔸 Preparing user documentation for the system.
🔸 Engaging in projects for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central business systems.
🔸 Analyzing the client’s business processes.
🔸Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service quality.
🔸Meeting deadlines and reporting on completed work.
