Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research: interviews, behavior analysis, creating User Personas, User Flows, and Customer Journey Maps.
• Performing usability tests and analyzing feedback.
• Creating Wireframes (Low/High Fidelity), interactive prototypes, and design mockups.
• Developing and supporting design systems and UI components.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Improving designs based on feedback and analytics.
   

Position Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Experience in creating web and mobile applications.
• Experience in creating Wireframes, Prototypes, and User Flows.
• Experience in conducting UX research: user behavior analysis, testing, and analytics analysis.
• Professional knowledge of Figma.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Presentation skills.

Additional Skills (A Plus):

• Experience with UX analytics (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
• Knowledge of animation and experience with After Effects, Principle.
• Skills in A/B testing and working with testing tools.
