Requirements:

-English level - Upper intermediate

-Experience in project management for at least 3 years (marketing and software projects preferred)

-Flawless command of Google Sheets, including creating multi-level tables, working with formulas, and preferably knowledge of AppScript.

-Knowledge of management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

-Skills in working with tools (Trello, Jira, Notion, Google Sheets, Google Forms).

-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

-Good communication skills, responsibility, attention to detail.

-Ability to quickly adapt to changes.

-Strategic planning and prioritization skills.

Monthly Responsibilities
1. Project Management from Concept to Implementation.

2. Team Coordination (designers, developers, marketers).

3. Task Assignment, Deadline Monitoring, and Quality Control.

4. Maintaining Documentation and Reporting for projects in Jira, Google Sheets, and Notion.

5. Client Interaction, discussing requirements, and presenting results. (In case of changes to the terms of reference, a separate additional price is set, additional deadlines are established, and signatures are required from the Project Manager who set the price and from the client who accepted it).

6. Conducting Regular Team Meetings to discuss progress and resolve potential communication blockages within the team. (Create a call schedule for each department, prepare for calls).

7. Risk Analysis and Finding Solutions to minimize their impact on the project. (Think several steps ahead when managing marketing and development projects) (Consider risks associated with working with people).

8. Ensuring Process Transparency for all project participants. (Strict management).

9. Maintaining High Team Motivation.

10. Conducting Testing to Identify Bugs and their description on the project. (Dev Tools Console + Browser Console + Frontend bug testing on the site in desktop, mobile, and tablet versions - report with screenshots - videos describing issues, links to the design in Figma, and links to the page where the bug occurs).

11. Posting Job Vacancies and Initial Screening of candidates to determine their professional competencies for development and marketing projects, followed by directing them to the second stage of interviews. (Job postings are paid for by Camel Expert).

12. Managing 1 to 4 Client Projects from start to finish, based on client tasks in development or marketing.

13. Managing Boards in Jira, Google Drive operations, Notion, and Google Forms.

 

 

One-time tasks for the first month

1 Creating boards in Jira for the team and Google Forms for clients:

a) 3 boards for client tasks in marketing (SEO, Targeted advertising, Contextual advertising) with the addition of data, requirements from the client, assessment of deadlines and assignment of performers. 

b) 3 boards for website development tasks linked to briefs in Google Forms for collecting information from clients. 

c) Three boards for promoting startups according to the rates on the website.  (Briefs are not needed)

d) Main board for development for the Camel.Expert platform.

e) Board for marketing tasks of the Camel.Expert platform.

e) Creating Google Forms briefs for clients on 3 types of services (SEO, Targeted advertising, Contextual advertising) and for website development to supplement information in Jira tasks.
