Personal Assistant of VP of Operations/HR assistant
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to provide executive support to the VP of Operations while assisting with key HR functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, has strong multitasking skills, and is eager to develop within HR and operations.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Executive & Administrative Support
Oversee the VP’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and manage email communications.
Arrange business travel, accommodations, and event participation.
Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up action points.
🔹 HR Coordination & Employee Support
Assist with onboarding processes and HR-related communications.
Maintain and update employee records, policies, and HR documentation.
Help plan training sessions, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives.
🔹 Operational & Project Assistance
Manage internal documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
Support cross-department collaboration and internal communication efforts.
Contribute to process optimization and key HR/operations projects.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience & Background:
At least 1 year of experience in administration, HR, or executive support.
Experience in fast-moving, startup environments is a plus.
✅ Technical & Organizational Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with Jira, PeopleForce (or a willingness to learn).
Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
✅ Communication & Professionalism:
Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and verbal).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
