We’re seeking a Junior or Middle Fullstack Python Developer to help build and scale our next-gen AI-powered voice and data platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack and wants to grow their skills while contributing to a product used by thousands of professionals globally. You’ll also contribute part-time to Level 3 technical support, helping ensure reliability across a distributed, high-scale architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance features across our fullstack application for processing voice, transcript, and meeting data at scale.
• Integrate with internal AI systems (e.g. LLMs, NLP pipelines) to extract intelligence from real-time voice and text streams.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and DevOps teams to optimize data pipelines and backend infrastructure.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code using modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask) and JS frameworks (React/Vue).
• Investigate complex production issues related to voice ingestion, transcript processing, and AI pipeline failures.
• Analyze system logs and metrics to diagnose root causes and contribute code fixes or workarounds.
• Help enhance internal dashboards and tools for observability, alerting, and issue resolution.

Tech Stack:

• Languages & Frameworks: Python 3, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Celery
• Frontend: JavaScript (React or Vue)
• Voice & AI Stack: WebRTC, STT APIs, NLP engines, LLM integration (OpenAI, proprietary models)
• Data & Infra: PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, GCP, Azure, Grafana
• QA & Tooling: Playwright, CI/CD, GitHub Actions

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years experience in Python development
• Familiarity with API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of databases, message queues, and cloud environments (GCP/Azure preferred).
• Strong debugging skills and a systematic approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable with occasional on-call or rotation-based L3 support responsibilities.
