We are looking for an HR & Office Manager to support HR processes and ensure smooth office operations in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies to support company growth and employee satisfaction
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
  • Manage performance reviews, employee engagement, and training programs
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and ensure a positive workplace environment
  • Organize team-building activities and corporate events
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance and supply management
  • Manage communication with vendors and external partners

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in HR and/or office management, preferably in IT
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • English proficiency at B1+ level
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
