We are looking for an HR & Office Manager to support HR processes and ensure smooth office operations in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies to support company growth and employee satisfaction
- Oversee the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
- Manage performance reviews, employee engagement, and training programs
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and ensure a positive workplace environment
- Organize team-building activities and corporate events
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance and supply management
- Manage communication with vendors and external partners
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in HR and/or office management, preferably in IT
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency at B1+ level
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
