Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and sourcing IT professionals using various platforms, including LinkedIn, Djinni, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques such as X-Ray search, Boolean search, and specialized recruitment tools
• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Coordinating all interview stages, including technical, project, and client interviews
• Providing regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders through emails, calls, and meetings
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to develop a sustainable talent pipeline

Requirements

• Strong interest in recruitment and a willingness to grow in the field
• Experience working with various sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, Boolean search, X-Ray search, job boards, social media, etc.)
• English proficiency at B1+ level (for communication with candidates and clients)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
