WordPress Developer
We are currently searching for an experienced WordPress Developer for a long-term freelance collaboration. You will be responsible for development, optimization and maintenance of our corporate WordPress website (bluecarrot.io). In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team, so your ability to work in a team and consistently meet deadlines is pivotal.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new pages, adjust existing ones.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the corporate website and server:
- Troubleshoot and debug WordPress-related issues.
- Customize existing WP website functionalities to meet requirements.
- Optimize the website for speed and scalability.
- Improve and maintain server and database performance.
- Ensure all tracking dashboards and analytics are properly configured and functioning.
- Identify possible security or operational issues and suggest solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a portfolio of previous projects.
- Preferably proficiency in SCSS, Advanced Custom Fields, and Twig framework as we use these technologies.
- Expertise in website optimization for better performance and SEO.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
