Learning and Development Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic L&D Lead to drive our learning and development initiatives on a global scale. Your key focus will be to develop and implement an effective L&D strategy that strengthens employee skills and contributes to the company’s overall success.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Design and oversee learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, values development, upskilling and technical training
  • Manage and develop the L&D team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities to ensure high performance and innovation
  • Identify and implement cutting-edge learning platforms and digital tools to enhance training efficiency
  • Work closely with department heads, HR, and senior leadership to assess learning needs and deliver targeted solutions
  • Define KPIs and assess the effectiveness of L&D initiatives through analytics and feedback
  • Build leadership capabilities through executive coaching, mentorship programs, and career development frameworks
  • Foster a continuous learning environment through knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal communities of practice
  • Manage L&D budgets effectively, ensuring maximum impact from training investments
  • Collaborate with external learning providers, consultants, and training vendors to source high-quality learning solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure the alignment of external training programs with business needs

     

Requirements

 

  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams and strategic initiatives
  • Proven track record in launching and designing L&D processes from scratch within international companies
  • Exposure to working with diverse international teams across regions (APAC, MENA, EU, and LATAM etc.), ensuring a global perspective in learning strategies
  • Experience in managing LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and implementing innovative training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills to align learning initiatives with business objectives
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize learning effectiveness
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure the timely execution of training programs
  • Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and evolving priorities
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
