IT Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Development Lead to drive our IT strategy and infrastructure. In this role, you will lead a team, enhance system performance, and implement innovative solutions to support business operations. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to drive IT initiatives
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure operations and best practices
• Lead and develop the IT team, focusing on onboarding, motivation, and growth
• Provide technical leadership and strategic IT guidance to customers
• Automate and maintain internal business processes for improved efficiency
• Administer and configure internal systems, ensuring stability and performance
• Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance operations
• Manage IT equipment and infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry 
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in team management, with a strong focus on technical mentoring and guiding technical professionals
• Leadership experience in managing a help-desk team 
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from scratch to completion 
• Expertise in configuring and managing Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems 
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and services 
• Strong background in administering and configuring relational databases 
• Experience with web server management, particularly Nginx 
• Skilled in setting up and maintaining monitoring systems 
• Practical knowledge of implementing and managing MDM solutions 
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks, routing principles, and VPN configurations  
• Experience in network equipment administration and LAN infrastructure maintenance 
• Familiarity with video registration systems and access control systems.  
• Experience in conducting research and implement innovative IT solutions  
• Proven experience in organizing and optimizing IT inventory management processes 
• Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail 
• Adaptability to fast-paced, agile development environments  
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on strategic IT solutions

• Experience in regulatory compliance (GDPR, DORA) and documentation management
