At Elevate Core, we connect top fintech companies with high-caliber professionals. Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (PSP) to join a fast-growing fintech company that’s reshaping global online payments.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and onboard new acquiring banks and PSPs to enhance global payment solutions.
- Explore market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and scale business operations.
- Develop legal and business models for expanding payment processing solutions.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage partners throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Attend international fintech conferences and industry events to establish key connections.
What will set you up for success?
- 1+ year of experience in transactional business (banks, financial companies, PSPs)– a must.
- Deep understanding of financial flows, acquiring, and payment processing.
- Strong B2B negotiation and sales skills.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, graphs).
- English B2+ – essential for global partnerships and deals.
