System Administrator

System Administrator (On-Site, Poland)

We are looking for a System Administrator for a long-term, full-time position in our office in Poland.

What You Will Do:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and workstations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.
• Manage and configure network services and devices, including routers and switches, with a strong focus on MikroTik products.
• Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery operations.

• Implement network security measures, manage firewalls, and configure VPNs to protect sensitive data.

   

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator with deep expertise in Linux environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with MikroTik routers and switches, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of network protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) and network security best practices is a plus.
