We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our product-based educational project. Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment
- Experience working in a product IT company
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, selecting, and hiring candidates at all levels (Junior, Middle, Senior) across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Engineering
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in modern recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- English proficiency at B2+ level (written and spoken)
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., CleverStaff)
Key Competencies:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies
- Optimize sourcing methods and enhance employer branding
- Maintain recruitment reports and analytics to track performance
