About the Project:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our product-based educational project. This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that develops innovative solutions for education. Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience working in a product IT company
  • Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, selecting, and hiring candidates at all levels (Junior, Middle, Senior) across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Engineering
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in modern recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • English proficiency at B2+ level (written and spoken)
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., CleverStaff)

Key Competencies:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Optimize sourcing methods and enhance employer branding
  • Maintain recruitment reports and analytics to track performance
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience
