About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Senior Backend .NET Developer to lead the development of cloud-based solutions, primarily on AWS (with some Azure). This role requires a strong architectural mindset, hands-on technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers, product management, and development teams.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Define, refine, and implement application and system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Technical Leadership: Guide the development team in adopting best practices, coding standards, and modern engineering approaches.
• Customer & Product Collaboration: Work closely with customers and product management to gather and clarify requirements, define technical solutions, and drive product vision.
• Hands-on Development: Contribute actively to coding, code reviews, and system optimization.
• DevOps & Delivery: Ensure smooth integration, deployment, and delivery pipelines, following best practices for automation and reliability.
• Team Coordination: Foster collaboration between developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Process & Delivery Oversight: Drive agile best practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
   

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of .NET backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in cloud-based architecture (AWS, some Azure) and distributed systems.
• Extensive experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Strong experience in SQL & NoSQL databases and optimizing data storage solutions.
• DevOps and delivery experience, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and system reliability best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in defining technical roadmaps and making architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud applications.
• Ability to lead and mentor other developers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing.
   

Big Plus

• Hands-on experience with business digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Python, Node.js, or frontend development.
• Experience working with IoT applications.
