Talent Sourcer (Design, Engineering roles) to $2000

At Hirey, we help top-tier startups (like Productboard, Wix, Readdle, Appsmith, Petcube, and more) hire top design and tech talent across the US and EU.

We’re now looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our team. If you love tech, enjoy research, and know how to spot great talent - this might be for you.

What you’ll do:
– Find top-tier designers and engineers across the US and EU
– Build pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, and more
– Partner with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies
– Reach out to candidates and spark their interest
– Keep everything organized in our ATS

What we’re looking for:
– 1+ year of sourcing or recruiting experience in design/tech
– Solid research and sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, etc.)
– Understanding of design & engineering roles
– Interest in startups, AI, and emerging tech
– Upper-intermediate English and strong communication
– Comfortable working with US time zones (up to 8-9pm Kyiv time)
– Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
