Main Responsibilities

– Apply instructional design principles to develop eLearning courses, microlearning content, and blended learning solutions
– Design and develop instructional materials, including interactive courses, videos, simulations, and assessments
– Manage and optimize content delivery through LMS platforms and other learning technologies
– Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) to create engaging digital learning experiences

Mandatory Requirements

– 5+ years of experience in learning and development with the focus on instructional design and eLearning development
– Expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
– Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards
– Experience in multimedia design, video editing, and interactive learning solutions
– Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2

Nice to have
– Experience with gamification, VR/AR, and AI-driven learning tools
– Experience in iGaming industry
