HR Generalist Offline

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience in international companies or recruitment agencies.
• Excellent knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges and market trends.
• Successful experience of the full recruitment cycle.
• A deep understanding of software development.
• Ability to develop a multi-channel search strategy and build a candidate pool for each position.
• Experience in negotiating with senior management.
• Understanding of the full cycle of HR processes.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
• Highly flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and market conditions.

• Ability to prioritise and quickly switch between tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

What you will do:

• Maintain the candidate database.
• Writing complete and detailed job descriptions that provide an understanding of the responsibilities and requirements of the business.
• Complete recruitment cycle for technical and managerial positions.
• Create and post vacancies on various professional resources.
• Work with hiring managers to define roles.
• Provide regular recruitment reports.
• Participation in adaptation process of new employees.
• Monitoring the labour market.
• Respond flexibly to urgent requests and changes in priorities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR processes such as performance appraisal, training and development.
