Talent Operations Specialist
We are looking for a proactive, data-driven, and highly organized Talent Operations Specialist to independently manage recruitment processes, improve hiring efficiency, and support broader talent operations initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in attracting top talent and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences while continuously enhancing recruitment processes through automation and analytics.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Collaborates with: Delivery Manager(s), Talent Engagement Manager, Head of Tech, Equipment Manager, Project Managers, and other department leads
Day-to-Day Operations:
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation).
- Develop and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines.
- Create and publish engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Proactively resolve recruitment-related challenges, minimizing the need for escalations.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
- Continuously optimize and automate recruitment processes and workflows.
- Implement and manage ATS to improve hiring efficiency and data accuracy.
- Regularly report on recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic hiring decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Evaluate and enhance employer branding initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Support effective onboarding processes, ensuring positive integration of new hires.
Strategic Support:
- Support long-term sourcing strategies to maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of recruitment trends to proactively address future hiring needs.
- Contribute to succession planning and internal mobility strategies by identifying high-potential talent.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within IT or tech companies.
- Proven success managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and automation.
- Experience utilizing recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
- Language: Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
