Middle Finance Specialist (with relocation)

What to expect of your role:

Our finance team is looking for a mid-level professional to enhance the team. Perfect match if you are a data-driven person who is fond of numbers.

You will be expected to:

1. Overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions;
2. Participating in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements;
3. Overseeing cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and payment schedules;
4. Working on PL of separate projects;
5. Analysing and optimising company costs;
6. Management of payment system providers in terms of day-to-day reconciliations, cash management
7. and communication;
8. Tracing and calculations of Clients’ invoices;
9. Checking and accepting cost invoices for current operations;
10. Taking care of the day-to-day accounting duties and providing assistance to the Finance Manager;
11. Improving and automatizing internal accounting processes;
12. Producing Ad Hoc reports when necessary;
13. Relocation to Budva/Tbilisi/Limassol;
14. Hybrid work model: 2 days at the office, 3 days from home.

What you need to succeed in this role:

1. Relevant working experience in finance or accounting – no less than 2 years;
2. Confident knowledge in Accounting and Financial Reporting;
3. Advanced Excel user;
4. English – upper intermediate and higher;
5. Ability to learn quickly and to work within deadlines in a challenging environment;
6. Strong communication skills;
7. Strong analytical skills.
