Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a growth-focused, entrepreneurial mindset to build and optimize our conversion funnel, drive lead generation, and develop high-impact digital campaigns. This role will play a crucial part in scaling our marketing efforts, strengthening our sales partnerships, and ensuring that our digital marketing strategy delivers measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • Design and execute strategies to build, optimize, and scale the company's conversion funnel.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies across paid and organic platforms.
  • Leverage email marketing and retargeting tactics to nurture and convert leads.
 Digital Campaigns & Growth Marketing
  • Plan, launch, and manage high-impact social media and digital advertising campaigns (paid and organic).
  • Utilize retargeting strategies to increase customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Experiment with A/B testing, personalization, and automation to optimize performance.
 Marketing Analytics & Attribution
  • Own and refine the marketing attribution model to measure and improve ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Leverage HubSpot and other analytics tools to track, report, and enhance marketing performance.
 Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve the sales pipeline.
  • Partner with product, content, and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and AI-driven marketing innovations.
Qualifications & Experience:
 - 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
 - Proven experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and performance marketing.
 - Hands-on experience with HubSpotGoogle Analytics, paid social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
-  Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and data-driven decision-making.
 - Ability to develop scalable marketing strategies that drive business growth.
 - Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
