Product Manager

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We seek a Product Manager to drive our products in AU, DE, CA, and other Tier-1 markets.
 

Main Responsibilities:

• Own the iGaming product lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with commercial, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Define roadmaps, user flows, and product strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to optimize features.
• Oversee integrations with top iGaming vendors and payment providers.
• Develop customer reward programs, promo strategies, and bonus policies.
• Analyze product performance, implement A/B tests, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Report product status and ensure alignment with business goals.
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years in iGaming product management (web & mobile).
• Strong understanding of casino customers, UX/UI, and retention strategies.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of security requirements and risk management in iGaming.

Will be a plus:

• Technical expertise in backend tools.
• Experience launching products from scratch.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills.
