SDR (Sales Development Representative)
We're looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our team!
We are looking for a motivated and driven SDR with experience in B2B sales in the IT industry to help us grow our customer base. If you're passionate about identifying and qualifying leads, creating tailored outreach campaigns, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Understanding of key programming languages, CMS, frameworks, and software development processes.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales of IT solutions, particularly in the European and US markets.
- Experience in launching cold outreach campaigns via Email and LinkedIn (tailored messaging, not automation).
- Comfortable working with platforms like Upwork.
- Proficient in engaging with leads to understand their needs and qualify them before scheduling calls with the sales manager.
- Experience in managing and updating CRM systems (Pipedrive).
- Writing effective follow-up emails for MQL leads, qualifying them to the SQL stage, and scheduling calls.
- Upper Intermediate or Advanced level of English.
- Ability to handle objections and build a sales strategy to overcome them.
- Providing regular reports to leadership on outreach and results.
Nice to have:
- Experience with automation tools for cold outreach campaigns.
