Senior Business Development Manager (Head of Partnership)

ATLAS INITIATIVE CIC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. Our consortium is data-driven and active in the realm of DeepTech and Frontier Technologies (AI, Longevity, BioTech, Pharma, FinTech, GovTech, SpaceTech, FemTech, Data Science, InvestTech), with activities ranging from scientific research to investment, entrepreneurship, analytics, consulting, media, philanthropy, and more.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be establishing long-term partnerships, acquiring clients, attracting investors and looking at new revenue opportunities. In addition to this you will be supporting the implementation and development of the company’s projects.

You will work closely with the development and integration teams and other members of the executive team to ensure that the technology strategy aligns with business goals and objectives.

 

Primary responsibilities and priorities will include:

 

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
  2. Support the implementation and development of company’s projects
  3. Establish long-term partnerships, acquire clients, attract investors
  4. Generate revenue from ATLAS INITIATIVE CIC's suite of high end products and services
  5. Promoting the company’s products and services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  7. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, emailing, and other outreach strategies to generate new leads
  8. Create targeted materials and content to attract new clients and partners
  9. Develop proposals and pitches for potential clients and partners in the format of presentations and documents 
  10. Manage customer data and interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  11. Create and analyze reports on campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
  12. Stay up-to-date with the latest business development technology trends and best practices

     

Job Requirements:

 

  1. Fluent English: written and verbal skills
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  3. Experience of working with SaaS products 
  4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
  5. Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot is preferred.
  6. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  7. Able to demonstrate history of successful client acquisitions as well as revenue generation
