Integration Manager (L2/L3 Support)
Requirements
β 3+ years of experience in L2 technical support: resolving tickets escalated from L1, monitoring issues, and forwarding complex cases to L3 when necessary;
β Experience in the Gambling/iGaming domain is a must;
β Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken), with the ability to engage in technical discussions;
β Experience with supporting systems built on client-server architecture;
β Experience in working with browser-based developer console;
β Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in identifying and resolving network-related issues;
β Multitasking skills and ability to handle several parallel activities effectively;
β Analytical mindset with a structured and logical approach to problem-solving;
β Readiness to handle routine tasks and maintain consistent performance.
Responsibilities
β Handle tickets escalated from L1 support (no direct communication with end users). The complexity of tickets varies β from straightforward cases to tasks requiring deep log analysis;
β Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by identifying root causes and applying appropriate solutions;
β Create and manage technical configurations essential for the product's functionality. No prior experience is required β we provide full training and guidance;

Would be a plus
β Experience in working with Grafana, Kibana, Jira;
β Technical education in any field;
β Advanced English will be a big plus;
β Project management experience;
β Ability to work remotely for long periods of time;
β Any technical experience above L2 helpdesk - plus: devops \ sysadmin \ programming.
