Financial Manager (Web3 sphere) Offline

We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager passionate about cryptocurrencies and Web3.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in financial management (preferably in IT, agency, or product companies with 30+ employees).
• Knowledge and understanding of cryptocurrencies and their use in financial operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving financial challenges.
• Experience with crypto payments is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with financial software tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage payroll processes, including payments, accruals, and reporting.
• Track and analyze the company’s PNL and control income and expenses.
• Handle cash flow accounting to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Develop quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial plans.
• Manage the full cycle of invoice support for upselling: preparation, declarations, and system entries.
• Ensure flexibility and adaptability in financial processes, especially within the cryptocurrency space.
• Collaborate with a team and implement best financial practices to optimize internal workflows.
