Data Scientist/Engineer, Business Analyst, Prompt Engineer

This is a mixed role that require someone who has a knack for analyzing and understanding user needs, skills with prompt engineering, and python scripting skills.

We have a content platform where users produce and consume content. We are looking for someone who can understand content that our users would like to produce and consume, create templates for this content, design prompts for LLMs to help our users to produce and edit content, design and implement python scripts to automatically produce content that our users find useful. Additionally this person is going to be responsible to design and implement recommender system.

Requirements:

- Experience with understanding user needs, designing data processing scripts, understanding and designing user needs

- Experience with writing prompts for LLMs

- Experience with Python scripting

- Experience or knowledge of RAGs is preferrable

- Experience or knowledge with ranking and recommender systems is preferrable

- Curious, fast-learning, organized, responsible

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand user needs in order to produce templates for a content that our users want to consume

- Design, develop, and refine prompts to optimize the responses from Large Language Models
- Experiment with various prompt structures, formats, and phrasings to achieve desired outcomes in generative AI solutions
- Design and develop data processing scripts

- Monitor and troubleshoot data processing pipelines to ensure reliability

- Design and develop ranking and recommender systems
