Infrastructure Operations 2nd Level Network Analyst

Tasks:

- Provide advice and expertise on business requests

- Ensure operations for IT services and solutions for the region

- Analyze IT system incidents, problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses

- Train staff to use new IT systems

- Partner with key users and process teams

- Contribute to incident and problem management

- Manage incidents, problems, access, events, and request fulfillment

- Drive continuous improvement in operational services across business processes

- Monitor external partners on an operational level

- Lead crisis coping and service level fulfillment

- Implement and establish a high-performance IT organization

Qualifications:

- University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Profound knowledge in infrastructure systems such as Endpoint Management, Network & Communication, Server, Storage & Cloud computing, and Identity Management

- Basic understanding of application systems including ERP, CRM, PLM, Quality & MES, SRM, Financial Reporting and Management, HCM, Integration Services, IT Service Management tools, and Business analytics Systems

- Intermediate knowledge of various business processes including Financial, HCM, Sales, Sourcing, Production, Logistics, Quality, PDM, CAX, EDI supported processes, and IT Service Management processes for Automotive Suppliers
