Head of Creative

Key Skills :

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Head of Creative โ€“ managing creative processes, strategic planning, and brand strategy implementation.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership skills โ€“ experience managing teams of 10+ people, organizing workflows, task delegation, performance control, motivation, and employee development.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI and product trends โ€“ understanding user experience principles, current design trends, and their application in product solutions.
  • Advanced analytical skills โ€“ ability to analyze CTR, conversions, and conduct A/B testing.
  • Creative and strategic thinking โ€“ ability to generate ideas, find innovative solutions, and influence marketing effectiveness.
  • Systematic approach to work โ€“ quality control, meeting deadlines, and organizing materials and resources efficiently.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing creative team (design, content and development): control, organization,
    setting tasks, mentoring, team building, motivation, achieving KPIs,, 
  • Defining brand positioning in B2B and B2C directions. 
  • Ensuring that the product meets user expectations in the creative part (product design, concept, relevance, compliance with trends). 
  • Analyzing and monitoring click-through rates (CTR) of all creatives used in campaigns. 
  • Developing and implementing a strategy for replacing non-converting creatives based on analytics data to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. 
  • Developing and conducting A/B testing of new creative hypotheses to increase engagement and conversions. 
  • Analyzing test results to determine the most effective approaches and ideas. 
  • Cross-functional interaction with product, marketing and CRM departments. Ensuring smooth production process in the company (meeting deadlines, quality, relevance and storage of materials). 
  • Organization and production of materials for participation in professional exhibitions and conferences. 
  • Description and establishment of business processes in the creative department.
