Senior Full-stack Developer (TS, Node.js, React)

We're seeking a full-stack developer to join our startup-sized enterprise product to collaborate on crafting, developing, and implementing high-impact solutions.

The mission of this SaaS platform is to help businesses manage their partnerships better. It has an advanced dashboard that users can customize and lots of report templates to fit their needs. With a focus on improving alliance management, our platform aims to empower businesses to collaborate effectively and achieve shared objectives in strategic partnerships.

We are specifically looking for a full-stack developer with a stronger focus on backend and direct experience with SaaS platforms.
 

✅ Must-have:
— Solid TypeScript, React, and Node.js experience (3+ years each).
— Real experience with complex backend systems, GraphQL (Apollo), and MongoDB.
— Previous work in SaaS or similar complex web applications (e.g., dashboards, multi-user systems, integrations).

❌ We will not consider applications from:
— Front-end developers with a basic backend experience.
— WordPress, Shopify, Wix developers without real SaaS/backend system development experience.
— Developers who haven't worked on complex systems or long-term product teams.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of proven experience with all listed technologies: TypeScript, React, Node.js;

— 4+ years of overall commercial experience on a software engineer position;

— Stronger backend skills over the frontend;

— Understanding of modern architecture patterns;
— Work experience with Apollo GraphQL and MongoDB;
— B1 – Intermediate English level;
— Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills;
— Experience working in a team developing complex systems;

— Hourly time-logging in Jira;
— Having a bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline. We also will consider candidates who are still studying.

Will be a plus:

— Expertise in LLM integration, prompt development skills;

— Nest.js, CI/CD, Kubernetes;

— Experience working in an ISO27001-certified company, understanding of information security principles.
