DevOps Tech Lead for Gaming analytical solution

As a DevOps Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing DevOps practices to streamline development and operations. You will work closely with top-management, software developers, data engineers, and AI/ML teams to build efficient CI/CD pipelines, maximize system reliability, and ensure seamless deployment of gaming applications and services.

Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate application delivery and improve release cycles.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of applications and services.
• Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions to track application performance and availability, and take proactive measures to improve system reliability.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development teams to foster a culture of collaboration and implement best practices in software development and operations.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.
• Security Practices: Implement and maintain security best practices to protect applications and data in production environments.

Qualifications:

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and automation.
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership with an experience in building and organizing of DevOps teams. 
• Experience on projects focused on infrastructures for online gaming or iGaming projects.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable application deployment.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, security principles, and best practices in cloud-based environments.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of how infrastructure impacts user engagement and gameplay experiences.
