Tech Lead Developer Offline

Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Tech Lead Developer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and a proven history of delivering high-quality software solutions. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement clear code structures, spearhead automation efforts for testing, and ensure our product releases maintain the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and engage in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and maintenance;
- Develop and sustain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using our core technologies: NodeJS, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript, PostgreSQL
- Implement best practices for code organization and maintain a clean architecture;
- Champion the use of automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance software quality;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize development tasks;
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues;
- Mentor junior developers, offering guidance and sharing your expertise.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in  development;
- Proven experience in product development and release management;
- Proficiency in NodeJS, React,  JavaScript, PostgreSQL.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality assurance processes;
- A passion for writing clean, maintainable code with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms, AI tools would be a plus

The client is located in America. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account that there will be a time difference of approximately 6 hours.
