Your Role & Impact:

We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis (BA) expertise to drive the success of our key fintech projects. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and UI/UX teams to shape and optimize products that meet business goals and user needs.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Project Management: Define scope, milestones, and roadmaps, ensuring seamless execution using Agile methodologies.
🔹 Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity for development teams.
🔹 UI/UX Collaboration: Align product design with business goals, validate wireframes/prototypes, and improve user experience.
🔹 Execution & Delivery: Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
🔹 Stakeholder Engagement: Work with C-level executives, engineers, and analysts to align strategy and execution.
🔹 Process Optimization: Implement best practices for change management, continuous improvement, and quality assurance.

What You Bring:

✅ 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (with strong Business Analysis background).
✅ Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
✅ Experience working with UI/UX teams, ensuring seamless user experience and design consistency.
✅ Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage cross-functional teams.
✅ Fluent English (written & spoken) and Ukrainian.

Bonus Points For:

⭐ Experience in Fintech, E-commerce, Payments, or SaaS projects.
⭐ PMI, PMP, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.).
⭐ Technical background or experience managing remote teams.
