As a Customer Success Associate, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring our customers derive the maximum value from our product. We are a US company (NYC origins) with a strong staff presence in Ukraine and EU.
Your Role:
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the point of contact for our customers, helping them understand and utilize our platform effectively. You will play a key role in customer communication, solution optimization, and retention, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement. You will collaborate closely with the sales, support, marketing, and product teams to relay valuable customer feedback and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Support
- Actively communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and maximize product adoption.
- Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to foster engagement and drive retention.
Provide recommendations on how customers can achieve their goals using our AI SaaS platform.
β Account Management & Administration- Assist in drafting and managing contracts, agreements, and other administrative documents.
- Monitor customer accounts, track usage trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
β Collaboration & Customer Advocacy- Work closely with the support team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Partner with the marketing team to create case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
- Relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance features and usability.
- Contribute to the development of help articles, FAQs, and customer training materials.
Your Superpowers/Qaulifications:
β Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
β Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
β Data-driven and able to analyze large data
β Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
β Comfortable working with technology and quickly learning new tools
β Highly organized with attention to detail and strong administrative skills
β A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
β Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex software products to non-technical users
Not required but welcome:
β Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success tools is a plus.
β Experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or similar) is a plus
