Lead Research Specialist

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and segment audiences according to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Conduct targeted research on specific information for each contact or company using manual methods and automation tools like Clay.com and ChatGPT.
  • Verify contact information using appropriate tools.
  • Work with platforms such as Apollo.io, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Clay.com, and Verifalia.com.
  • Generate 100–300 leads per day, with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be set after 1–2 months.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Proficiency with Google Spreadsheet functions like vlookup and others.
  • Experience in warming up new LinkedIn profiles.
  • Skills in business correspondence with potential clients leading up to appointment setting.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ year in research or lead generation.
  • English Proficiency: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate (B1-B2 level).
  • Research Skills: Familiarity with various research platforms and methods; the more you know, the better!
  • Work Style: Comfortable performing repetitive and less dynamic tasks.
