Fullstack Developer React/Ruby on Rails (1+ year Ruby) Offline

ImproveIT Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer with React and Ruby on Rails (1+ year of commercial experience) to cooperate with a global company from Ireland that specializes in business messengers and helps businesses communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on React.js (Ember.js is a plus).

- Commercial experience with Ruby on Rails (1+ year).

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

- Experience in writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

- English level: B2+ or higher.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize frontend components using React.js (or Ember.js).

- Work on backend services using Ruby on Rails.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
