IT Recruiter and Talent Sourcer for Development Team Offline
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hunting for the best IT talents (React, Next.js, Supabase, Node.js, Strapi, React Native) through LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, and professional communities.
- Screening CVs to assess experience, tech stack relevance, and potential.
- Conducting screening interviews (30–40 min) to evaluate motivation, soft skills, and overall team fit.
- Organizing at least one technical interview per week with top candidates.
- Helping optimize and improve the hiring process to make it more effective and structured.
- Building and maintaining a database of prospective candidates for future opportunities.
What We Expect from You
- 1+ years of experience in tech recruitment (experience hiring React/Node.js developers is a plus).
- Understanding of basic web and mobile development technologies (you don’t need to code, but you should understand the tech stack).
- Ability to analyze CVs and filter candidates based on both hard and soft skills.
- Experience conducting screening interviews and asking the right questions.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to improving hiring processes.
- Experience with active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, Boolean Search, and other tools.
- Strong communication skills to engage and attract top-tier candidates.
