IT Recruiter and Talent Sourcer for Development Team Offline

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunting for the best IT talents (React, Next.js, Supabase, Node.js, Strapi, React Native) through LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, and professional communities.
  • Screening CVs to assess experience, tech stack relevance, and potential.
  • Conducting screening interviews (30–40 min) to evaluate motivation, soft skills, and overall team fit.
  • Organizing at least one technical interview per week with top candidates.
  • Helping optimize and improve the hiring process to make it more effective and structured.
  • Building and maintaining a database of prospective candidates for future opportunities.
     

What We Expect from You

  • 1+ years of experience in tech recruitment (experience hiring React/Node.js developers is a plus).
  • Understanding of basic web and mobile development technologies (you don’t need to code, but you should understand the tech stack).
  • Ability to analyze CVs and filter candidates based on both hard and soft skills.
  • Experience conducting screening interviews and asking the right questions.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to improving hiring processes.
  • Experience with active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, Boolean Search, and other tools.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and attract top-tier candidates.
