Game Producer (Mobile Games)
Looking for a Game Producer to an international product game studio with Ukrainian roots, a developer and publisher of mobile games that have been ranked in the top of their genres on the global market for over 10 years. The games with a million-strong audience across 200 countries and a top-3 ranking in the US in its genre, as well as No. 1 in the world in the F2P Hidden Object genre.
The Project - The new casual mobile game with solitaire mechanic on MVP stage
The company size - 150+ employees
Project team- Designers, artists, developers, product owner, etc
Location - remote job from any country, office Cyprus (Limassol).
Conditions - Competitive salary fix + up to 30 % of revenue game + benefits, remote or office work (Full-time), career and financial growth, paid vacation and sick leave, and other goodies.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer in mobile game publishing, with successful launches of 2+ games in the global market.
- Experience with free-to-play (F2P) models, including retention, monetization, and live operations.
- Strong skills in business plan creation, budget management, and profitability analysis (P&L).
- Understanding of markets and the nuances of game launches in different regions.
- Knowledge of analytical tools and working with key metrics.
- Experience using AI to optimize user acquisition and monetization is a plus.
- Ability to work with founders, clearly communicate business goals, plans, and strategies for achieving profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Launch Strategy Development: Planning and executing global game publishing campaigns, including soft launch and full global release.
- Monetization: Defining and implementing effective monetization models (free-to-play, in-app purchases, subscriptions) to ensure profitability.
- Product Optimization: Continuously improving retention, engagement, and monetization metrics through analytics and A/B testing.
- Market Analysis: Researching audience, competitors, and trends to position the game effectively in the market.
- Founder Relations: Presenting business models, demonstrating paths to profitability, and ensuring process transparency for stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Collaborating with development, marketing, and analytics teams to achieve business goals.
- Marketing: Planning user acquisition campaigns and increasing product awareness.
