Senior QA (Manual+Automation) Offline

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced Senior QA (Manual+Automation) to become a great addition to our team.

Required Skills:

— 5+ years of experience working with Manual and Automation testing;

— Knowledge and experience working with team management and audits;

— Experience with mobile and web automation;

— Good understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and behaviour-driven development (BDD) and user acceptance-driven development principles of automated testing;

— Practical experience in analysing business needs for test automation, selecting and evaluating new tools for the company;

— Knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as Java and JavaScript;

— Deep understanding of quality methodologies, testing tools and CI processes;

— Ambition to learn, progress, and be innovative;

— Passion to produce quality through their work and customer-focused on results;

— At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (effective written and verbal communication).

Responsibilities:

— Mentoring AQAs and support during the self-learning process (Individual Development Plans, Feedbacks);

— Improving automation approach in the company to build continuous testing as part of SDLC;

— Participating in pre-sales calls as a technical consultant with our sales team;

— Communicating with the clients regarding the testing process;

— Acting as the Testing Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for any questions the team may have about testing.
