About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Managed Services team and help clients maintain, optimize, and scale their Salesforce environments. In this role, you will handle user management, security settings, workflow automation, system customization, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless CRM experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain and optimize workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation (Flow, Process Builder, Apex Triggers).
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and health checks to keep Salesforce running smoothly.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting, support requests, and training to improve user adoption.
- Oversee data integrity, deduplication, and reporting/dashboard creation.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to implement custom solutions and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, data security, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, third-party tools, middleware) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, work independently, and provide excellent client support.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
