🔍 What You’ll Be Doing (UX/UI Designer)

• Client Engagement:
  Lead client briefings and discussions to fully understand their needs, setting the stage for creative, tailor-made design solutions.
• Creative Development:
  Conceptualize and execute cutting-edge UX/UI designs for websites and digital products using tools like Figma and Illustrator, consistently pushing the boundaries of design.
• Trendsetting Leadership:
  Collaborate with the founder to establish and implement new design trends. You will be responsible for making strategic decisions and setting the creative tone for all projects.
• Team Mentorship:
  Oversee and nurture the development of a small team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.

🔑 Who We’re Looking For

• Extensive Experience:
  A minimum of 3 years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to lead and innovate in digital design projects.
• Technical Expertise:
  Mastery of Figma and Illustrator, with proficiency in After Effects for motion design. Your technical skills should complement your visionary approach.
• Innovative Mindset:
  A trendsetter with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and establishing new industry standards. You should have a proven track record of pioneering design solutions.
• Excellent Communication:
  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+), enabling you to engage confidently with international clients and articulate your creative vision.
• Leadership Potential:
  A proactive and thoughtful individual with a natural inclination towards mentorship and strategic decision-making, ready to take on significant creative responsibilities.

• Experience managing international projects across diverse time zones.
• Additional skills in 3D modeling or advanced motion design.
• Familiarity with Webflow and WordPress development processes.
