E-commerce Business Analyst ( Only in Czech Republic)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with developers, application owners, system administrators, and third-party vendors to maintain a strong product team and ensure a quality production environment. You will support the E-commerce team in shaping the global product roadmap by breaking down high-level business requirements into actionable functional and quality specifications.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers, application owners, system administrators, and third-party vendors to ensure a robust and efficient production environment.
  • Support product management by translating high-level business requirements into clear, actionable, and quality-driven functional requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business and Product Owners, Stakeholders, and the Technology team to specify and prioritize requirements.
  • Ensure clarity: Guarantee that goals, scope, and product domain are clearly understood by the technology team at the required quality level.
  • Define compliance requirements for a regulated industry and support their integration into systems.
  • Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement by facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Bridge communication gaps: Develop a deep understanding of business functions and effectively communicate technical issues in non-technical terms.
     

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience: At least 2 year of business analyst experience, ideally within the e-commerce domain. Retail experience is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in distilling complex business needs into prioritized, value-based components, and converting these into logical business rules and functional requirements.
  • Agile Expertise: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including user stories, continuous integration, story pointing, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, and velocity measurement.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to apply specific business knowledge and systems technology capabilities to solve business challenges.
  • Technical Integration: Experience with major integration points between e-commerce applications and ERP, financial, and retail systems.
  • Global Perspective: Experience in launching and/or supporting a global e-commerce platform.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, diligent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to maintain a long-term vision of project objectives.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects or releases concurrently.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Czech and English.
