SAP HR Specialist

We are seeking a SAP HR Specialist to support and enhance our HR systems. The role involves configuring SAP HCM modules, developing integrations, and ensuring smooth system operations.
 

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM (personnel administration, payroll, time management, etc.).
• Develop and support system integrations and data migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality.
• Ensure data accuracy and system performance.
   

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP HCM/SAP HR development (ABAP, Fiori, or SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Understanding of HR processes and system configurations.
• Experience with data migration and system testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency (spoken & written).
