Recruiter for a Blockchain development company to $1500 Offline

Recruiter Position Responsibilities:
- Creating and writing job postings.
- Developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies through various channels (social media, specialized websites, professional networks, etc.).
- Effectively manage and utilize a database of candidates relevant to our industry.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinating and organizing interviews with department heads. 
- Closing vacancies by finding suitable candidates for positions. 
- Actively collecting feedback from accepted or non-accepted candidates and working to improve the hiring process. 
- Maintaining the candidate database and updating the current status of each candidate.
- Preparing reports and analytics on the recruitment process.


What we expect from you:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in WEB3 candidate sourcing. 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- English language skills, at least at the Intermediate level.
