Senior Product/UI/UX Designer Offline

We are a US-based startup building a cutting-edge IoT product, and as we scale, we need a Senior Product & UI/UX Designer to help shape our mobile application and product experience. Our customers expect intuitive, high-quality solutions, and we’re looking for a proactive team player to take ownership of product design, drive new features, and optimize user experience.

Who we’re looking for:

We need a versatile Product & UI/UX Designer for a mobile app product who can:

• Ideate & Innovate – Generate new product features, ensure compatibility with existing solutions, and break down complex ideas into manageable tasks.

• Design & Refine – Create intuitive UI/UX designs in Figma, conduct usability testing, and enhance user flows for a seamless experience.

• Analyze & Optimize – Study user behavior, collect key metrics, and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.

• Document & Communicate – Write clear technical documentation for developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Engage with Users – Conduct direct user interviews to gather feedback and refine the product experience.

• Plan & Strategize – Take an active role in shaping the future vision of the product and roadmap.

What you bring to the team:

✅ Experience in UI/UX Design & Product Development

✅ Strong skills in Figma, Jira, and Confluence

✅ Upper-intermediate English proficiency (for internal communication & documentation)

✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative

✅ Previous experience in IoT is a plus

✅ Technical background is a plus
