Product Manager- Gambling Project

 One of our Partners, Gambling Startup, targeting SEA market, is looking for Product Manager to join the team

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis of user flow, bonuses, games we are promoting, functionality, layout, and other related aspects.

• Market Research: Dive deep into the specific market required to understand customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Product Vision: Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with market insights and our startup’s goals.
• Roadmap Creation: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features that will drive success in the market.
• Localization: Ensure the product is tailored to the market requirements including language, cultural relevance, and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver a product that stands out in the LatAm market.
• User Experience Focus: Champion user experience to create a product that resonates with the Asia audience.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance post-launch and iterate quickly based on feedback and data.
• Startup Leadership: Play a key role in shaping the product strategy within the broader startup, driving innovation and growth.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Market Insight: Strong understanding of the market, including customer behavior and cultural trends.
• Product Management Experience: Experience in product management, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to turn market data into actionable strategies.
• Agility: Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment, with the ability to pivot as needed.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, and English.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
