We are looking for a Global Affiliate Growth Manager to PDL-profit (CPA-network) to help us expand our network and grow alongside our team.

Responsibilities:

• Expand the affiliate network globally by identifying and developing new partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential affiliates.
• Negotiate and secure high-value agreements to drive company growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence and revenue.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development within CPA networks or partnership programs.
• Proven ability to expand global networking and foster strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and market research expertise.
• Independent, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
