Accountant Specialist
Stape is a SaaS for server-side data tracking setup (including server GTM hosting, custom apps / plugins / solutions). We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team.
😎We are waiting for you to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit;
- 3+ years of experience in practical PE accounting, servicing 50+ PEs;
- Experience working with Private Entrepreneurs registered under the laws of foreign countries (an advantage);
- Intermediate+ English level;
- Strong attention to details;
- Deadline-oriented mindset;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
🤓 Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full lifecycle of Private Entrepreneur (PE) operations, including record-keeping from registration to closure;
- Preparing supporting documentation for foreign customers/clients, such as agreements, invoices, and statements of work;
- Calculating income and preparing/submitting quarterly and annual PE reports to tax authorities;
- Calculating and monitoring timely payment of tax obligations related to entrepreneurial activities;
- Supporting and mentoring PEs on all aspects of current Ukrainian legislation related to entrepreneurial activity, and providing updates on relevant changes;
- Communicating with other business departments, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.

1st Stage: HR Interview (30 minutes)
2d Stage: Technical Interview (60 minutes)
3d Stage: Final call with Hiring manager/Team Lead (30 minutes)
